Technical issue

Data Safety

Questions about Google Play Data Safety, advertising identifiers, third-party services, or encryption in transit are handled here.

Account deletion

Send an email with the subject line Account Deletion Request, ideally from the email linked to the account.

Rewarded Ads and AdMob

If the issue involves Rewarded Ads, include when the ad appeared, what learning achievement triggered it, and what happened in practice.

QR, friends, rankings, and clans

For QR or social feature questions, include the relevant screen or flow and any account details that help identify the issue.

Amiram English / Amiram Prep

For Amiram Prep inquiries, it is best to include as many identifying details as possible so the issue or request can be reviewed faster.

  • The device type and app version, if the issue is technical.
